I started boxing this year. Being a full time employee back then and a Graduate Student gave me no time to take care of myself. I experienced 4 infections including sickness just this year. I was advised by my doctor to have time to exercise at least once a week. At first I thought of just visiting the gym. But when a friend told me to do boxing instead since it will also teach you skills on self-defense it will be a good help as well.
I go to the gym every Saturday after class. I stay there for 2 to 3 hours doing cardio, boxing and weights. I've been doing this for almost 3 months now and hey I already lost 5 kilos. I am already a member of Empire Boxing Gym and I am planning to try there promos as well.
